Step 1

Preetpal Sandhu and his team of Fitness experts will give you a call on your booked appointment to understand your fitness needs and goals.

Step 2.

After understanding your fitness needs they will suggest a plan best suited for your goals.

Step 3.

After enrolling for the program, a dedicated Relationship Manager will be assigned to you who helps you with Health & Fitness Assessments.

Step 4.

Based Upon the results a Personal Fitness Coach will design your Training & Nutrition Plan and explain it over the phone.

Step 5.

Your journey starts and your coach and relationship manager will be there with you all the way through.

Step 6.

Congratulations you have achieved your fitness goals and now the coach will give you a Maintenance Plan which will help you to stay fit for life & you will remain the part of the community as well.
