  • How do you train Clients?

    We have various training models to train people all across the globe including Personal Coaching, Virtual Training, or In-Home Services.

  • How do you Coach Personally?

    First of all, we do a complete virtual fitness assessment of all the trainees to better understand their needs and requirements, for example, some might have a back injury or some others have flexibility issues. Based upon the results we design a personal Workout and Nutrition Plan which includes complete details of days, exercises, warms up activities, or duration of exercise. Not only this, there are training logs that help us to see the progress happening in real-time only. Then there are weekly follow-ups to check progress and make adjustments in the programs when and where required. Yes, you can be in touch with your coach through Whatsapp or call in an emergency, when and where required. 

  • Are diets Plans are complex and difficult to follow?

    Actually, it's completely the opposite. In fact, we call them diet modifications rather than diet plans because we all have certain routines and preferences when it comes to food so standard food plans don’t work there. You need to eat right, in your calories requirement based upon your lifestyle and food available rather than checking your clock to eat a meal or going to the grocery after talking to your dietitian.

  • Can I Lose Weight without going to the gym?

    Not all who go to the gym lose weight and not all who train at home are overweight or obese. Your weight loss plan is designed based upon your available resources only. Whether you have a commercial gym or No equipment at home, you will achieve your weight loss goal with the right training and nutrition strategy by a coach.

  • Why do we charge more than other famous Trainers?

    We don’t believe in a cut-copy-paste fitness model. We customize all our training and nutrition plans and we keep them updated every week based upon our progress and plan. This takes more time and resources unlike someone who wrote some workouts and diet plans and sent the same to one and all for a lifetime. Somehow all the good things in life cost more and your fitness is the most precious than all of them.
