I have tried many programs earlier which were diet only, eat by the time and what to eat, once the prog is over we come back to normal food and we get back the weight. The Personal Fitness Program is worth every penny. It really worked for me. The plan was so realistic, achievable and sustainable. I don't have to give up my comfortable food to loose weight.
