I guess Belly fat is the pain area for most of us & we all want to find shortcuts like Sit-ups, Crunches, Herbal Tea, Fat Loss Supplements and Sauna Belts etc... So that we can reduce it as fast as possible.
Unfortunately, none of these hacks works unless you do.
As I have mentioned many times, about negative calories balance, and it is only possible with Exercise & Right Nutrition.
Especially those exercises, which involve Large muscles groups like Legs, Back & Chest and not small muscles like abdominals and obliques,
Yes, Core exercises burn some calories but those are very few in comparison to Large muscle groups. Just like a Tiny Activa which burns less fuel than a big 4 X 4 Vehicle on any given day.
So please stop wasting half an hour every day doing Side bends, Sits and Leg raises, Instead Do squats, Push-ups Lunges, running, walking and swimming etc.
But never forget to burn 2000- 3000 Calories every week with your walk, run & Cycling, along with that follow your Calories deficit diet plan religiously.
Yes Unfortunately some Influencers promote these exercises because of two simple reasons:-
1. Either they don't know science.
2. Or if they do, they are trying to fool you.
In fact, I can challenge all of those so-called Influencers to share some research about their Bro Science principles because I couldn't find any in all the fitness literature available worldwide.
